A BIT ABOUT MY WORK...

Trained as a person-centred and integrative counsellor, I approach all my client work with a flexible and gentle, but also open and challenging approach.

In counselling and coaching, this means trusting the process of therapy to enable clients to find a deeper understanding of yourselves, your motivations, needs and feelings in order to get closer to being your authentic selves.

In training this means I adapt teaching and exercises to your requirements. Based on a broad knowledge of psychology and behavioural research, I build useful and effective experiential training for the clients' needs, to enhance skills and enable people to use new insights in real-world business situations.

In supervision, this means being open to new ideas, creativity, 'not-knowing', working relationally and offering a safe and trusting environment to fully explore your self and your client work, whilst also maintaining the professional and ethical standards reuired of us.

In all these fields - I am helping you become the best you can be, enhance talents and trust your own judgements, and to feel more confident, competent and complete.

I work from home in Pott Row, a few miles outside King's Lynn. I have off-road parking available, and we even have a decent bus service (Norfolk Green 48).

I offer face-to-face sessions at home or via skype, or one-to-one sessions via telephone, text and/or email correspondence.

My counselling fee is £30 per 50 minute session, with payment possible by paypal, cash or cheque. For supervision, I charge £40 per 60-minute hour, at my premises.

I can also offer discounts for counselling students.

I can under certain circumstances come to your house if you have a suitable space. Please call me to discuss.
